Does Fiqo Watches provide Worldwide Shipping?

Yes! We provide FREE local shipping and international shipping at a flat rate.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from date of purchase.

Does Fiqo Watches ship to my country?

Items are shipped via Singapore Registered Post. Tracking will be issued upon completion of full payment.

Is same day local delivery available?

Yes! For orders received before 2pm (GMT+8) of business day. During checkout, you may opt for "expedited shipping" at a flat rate of SGD5.

(Only applicable to customers within Singapore)

How long is the warranty?

12 months warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself and movement parts (movement and movement related parts). Wear and tear,  and other parts are not included.
